Joanne Sia obtained her Advanced Diploma in Management from Tunku Abdul Rahman College. She joined Byfacts Management Sdn. Bhd. in 2007 as a Company Secretarial Assistant. She has 18 years of experience and has extensive expertise in company secretarial work, Members’ Voluntary Liquidations, and payroll administration.

Lee Jian Yi is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM). He holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Accounting and obtained his ACCA qualification in 2010 from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College.

Chong Ai Ling is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She has 5 years of working experiences in the audit of various companies (including those quoted on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad) with activities ranging from manufacturing, trading to investment holding. She was appointed as the Company Secretary of Byfacts Management Sdn. Bhd. in 2008.

Lee Jian Yi is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM). He holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Accounting and obtained his ACCA qualification in 2010 from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College.

Ms Ng Siew Eng is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a graduate of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia. She holds a Bachelor of Agriculture Science which she obtained in 1986.
